If you have not visited the online lingerie boutique, Loves-Lingerie recently then you might be forgiven for thinking you have landed on the wrong web site when you next visit.
An almost total make over has resulted in a fresh new look that is appealing and yet easy to use. There are no side columns any more just a simple top navigation available on every page. So that where ever you are on the site it is easy to find where to go next. The lack of columns gives each page an open and uncluttered feel so that important information stands out. Also gone is the muted grey look which had become very tired and dated looking. Now there is a fresh white base on which to present all the beautiful luxury lingerie and although it might be a personal preference I like this new look much more.
And it is not just a change of look at Loves Lingerie. There have been some new products added recently and you can also see the beginning of great detail being added if you visit the Diki Lingerie section in the "Our Designers" category. You can of course browse the very many styles offered by this designer at your leisure, but if you prefer some guidance then all you need do is scroll down the page to below the product images and there you will find a summary list of all the major designs that are offered in that section. Each design is listed in alphabetical order by the collection name and then a brief line or two is provided to tell you the colour or colours on offer plus the types of garment included in the collection. As far as I know, there is nothing like this on any other lingerie site and it shows that Loves is working hard to focus on customer needs.
There are a few remnants of the old design, for instance the delivery information pop up on the product page is still in the old grey style, but returns information has been updated and has the new web style, so it is a work in progress.
